Qualifications to be an International Attorney

One MUST have a law degree from an accredited school.

Mr. Ansari does not have that because the law school where he claimed to have gotten his JD was closed because it was a scam. The US government even took grants and student loan mney from them.

You cannot practice law in the USA or as an International Attorney without that degree

Here is what I had to go through, besides my background check to become a member of the International Bar Association. Ansari is not on our rolls. He should be able to provide you a US bar number AND his credentials as an International Attorney.

The IBA is a non-regulatory body and the membership does not entitle anyone to practice law in any jurisdiction.

You can check yourself. But do not give him funds! He is not licensed to practice law anywhere on the planet.

This goes to proclivity and note, he would not shut down the illegal "Law Firm", he would merely change his location and the name. Note as well, that this has been going on since the 1980s when he tells you he was in law school. He had no supervising attorney and the record reflects he was warned to close those clinics.
