Reparations

Slavery is a ”Crime Against Humanity”. Crimes Against Humanity are International Crime like ‘Genocide’, forced removal, Systematic rape, or ‘Ethnic Cleansing’ that are usually resolved by the fixing of a Special Tribunal. Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Bosnia, The South African Truth and Reconciliation Council, and Nuremberg were all Tribunals of experts and Judges who determined the injuries and remedies of Genocide, Ethnic cleansing, Rape and Apartheid.

This is the purpose of the Indigenous African America Reparations Tribunal. The Tribunal is panel of African American Scholars and experts who will assess the effect of Genocide, forced removal, Systematic rape, and ‘Ethnic Cleansing’ and postulate ways to repair them. This is the most advanced, sophisticated way to deal with Reparations.

This goes to proclivity and note, he would not shut down the illegal "Law Firm", he would merely change his location and the name. Note as well, that this has been going on since the 1980s when he tells you he was in law school. He had no supervising attorney and the record reflects he was warned to close those clinics. Practicing law without a license is illegal. It's as illegal as he is now, with his fake "American Human Rights Institute".
