Greetings, Peace,and Power,
As a International Attorney preparing the case for slave reparations and Crimes Against humanity, I am wondering what African people will think as we name the Vatican as one of the first defendants? After all many of the Africans in America and Africa are Catholic. In fact, I was a Catholic until reading Lerone Bennet's "Before the Mayflower", when I was in College. Most of my family is Christian, and now I am about to sue the Catholics, Baptists, Protestants, etc.for the Papal Bulls and the churches mis-interpretations of the story of Ham that said that Africans would be the servants of the Europeans forever.
Did the Pope start the psychology of racism, and non-human treatment? Yes, the Papal Bull Romanus Pontifex 1455 was directed towards the Guineans (Africans) and especially the Muslims because the African Muslim Tarik conquered Spain in 800.
The additional basis was the assault against the African-Indians (The Indians in America are an African-Asian admixture)
In the Papal Bull, lnter Caetera of May 3, 1493, Pope Alexander VI, effectively granted the world to Spain to overthrow "barbarous [Indian] nations" so that the "heathen could be drawn to embrace the Catholic faith and be trained in good morals." This Papal Bull, and a few others that followed, formed the legal and political foundation for the stealing of the Americas from our indigenous nations and the slaughter of our ancestors who would not Convert to christianity.
Consequently, as a precursor to this suit or negotiations, we wish that the Africans study these Papal Bulls, and the Doctrine of Ham and how they changed the world so you will not think that it is we who are at fault for our pursuit of Justice.
